Each container lasts around 60 days at a standard daily serving
If you’re using AlphaJoe German Creatine daily, most people find delivery every 60 days works well. If you’re taking a higher daily amount, you may prefer delivery every 30 days. You can change, pause, or cancel anytime. Both options are the same Creapure® — just choose the delivery frequency that suits your usage.
